In the first scenario, $ES_F Emini S&P500 falls below 4100, bearish pressure could continue towards the 4094 level. A break below it could lead to a retest of the 4054.

On the other hand, scenario 2 suggests a retest of the 4154-4163 level ES above $4121 and $4130.

Currently, we are trading at $4113 up $20 from close!

Speaking of earnings, both GOOG and MSFT beat estimates by 7% and 9% respectively, but the market usually looks ahead 3-6 months.

$298 is the level to watch for $MSFT's upward trend.

$GOOGL watch for a move over $105.
