Being Bored Will Get You Rich...
Being Bored Is Saving You From Being Broke.
It took me a few years to realise this.
Being bored is actually a good thing.
I know, I know,
What you are about to say:
“What? Boredom always ends up wasting my time!”
While you're right, it does, but it’s also saving you from:
→ Over-trading
You won’t become profitable trying to do 100 trades in a day.
But if you take just one or two trades with the right logic, research, and analysis, your chances of breaking through go up tenfold.
With a single well-executed trade, you can outperform someone taking 3–5 trades a day.
→ No revenge trading
Trying to immediately recover from a loss?
You know it too,
That’s how you dig yourself into an even deeper hole.
(On Monday, I covered how to overcome revenge trading — especially the greedy voice saying, “It’ll go higher.”
If you missed it, catch up here: Are you A Revenge Trader?)
Anyways, carrying on…
→ You’re waiting for the A game
No wasting time with random penny stocks.
Instead, what do you do?
You wait patiently for your stock to give you the right entry and clear signal — and that’s when you strike.
That’s how a profitable trader is born.
• Patient
• Disciplined
• Embraces the boredom
• Before trading, prioritise research
Begin to adapt to those habits.
They’re simple, and they’ll significantly improve your chances of becoming consistently profitable.
Wouldn’t you want the odds in your favour, in a world where most odds are against you?
If you commit to these four traits and practice them daily:
>The more disciplined you are in the markets, the more money you’ll make
>The more patient you are in the markets, the more money you’ll make
>The more data and research you have in the markets, the more money you’ll make
Understand this and prosper, my fellow trader!
Until next time,
Nicholas.
PS: Last week, I did a 6-minute deep dive into $HIMS. I went through:
• Chart analytics
• The potential $HIMS has
• Where the company is headed
And much more in my 6-minute deep dive!
Don’t worry, it’s completely free on my X.
